Chaque été, en Juillet et Août, La Frayssinette accueille des stages de Tango animés par des professeurs de renommée internationale.
Les cours se déroulant principalement en anglais, nous utiliserons donc à cette langue par la suite pour vous expliquer le fonctionnement. Toutefois, ne vous inquiétez pas si votre anglais est approximatif : tout est fait pour que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de l’expérience.
En particulier, le stage de Tango de Céline et Alberto en juillet est accessible à tous avec un anglais approximatif, car les cours sont donnés en trois langues : anglais, français et italien.

Every summer, in July and August, La Frayssinette hosts Tango workshops led by internationally renowned instructors.
As the classes are primarily conducted in English, we’ll use this language to explain how they work. However, don’t worry if your English is limited—everything is designed to ensure you
can fully enjoy the experience.
Notably, the Tango workshop by Céline and Alberto in July is accessible to everyone (with a basic english), as the classes are taught in three languages: English, French, and Italian.

Tango Holiday Weeks in a Stunning French Valley

Dancefloor : Where you will enjoy your practice
Right next to the main house, a covered wooden dance floor opens onto a breathtaking view of the valley. This intimate and enchanting space welcomes dance couples from all over Europe, creating a warm and cosmopolitan atmosphere. With its international character, the workshops are primarily conducted in English. Spending an entire week with the same international teachers allows for a progressive learning experience, immersing you in their guidance while fostering genuine human and artistic connections.
Accommodation in our green valley :
The place is an invitation to serenity, surrounded by small terraces where you can gather, share, or simply savor the moment. Some charming guest rooms are located in the main house. The large, welcoming kitchen, always stocked with coffee and tea, opens onto a sunny terrace and a dance floor with breathtaking views.
Scattered throughout the valley are gîtes and small wooden cottages that blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. Below, the river is a true gem: its crystal-clear waters flow over flat rocks, creating waterfalls, natural pools, and secluded spots perfect for swimming or basking in the sun.
But here, you’ll experience more than just a Tango week. You’ll share unique moments with passionate people from all over Europe. Together, in this lush green setting, perfect for disconnection and relaxation, you’ll create unforgettable memories.
And when it’s time to leave, it won’t just be a simple goodbye. You’ll head home with a new family of kindred spirits, united by a love of Tango and the magical moments shared in this natural haven.

To make your experience as enjoyable as possible, here is some practical information about booking our cabins, managing preferences, and the options for renting bed linens and towels. It is entirely possible to book our cabins one day before your arrival if this is more convenient for you. The corresponding amount will be added to the total cost of your stay.
Each cabin and room comes with its own private shower, toilet, and terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful and natural surroundings.
We also want to highlight that some of you may have favorite cabins or rooms. You can indicate your preferences directly in the "Booking" form. We always do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability and individual needs. The sooner you submit your request with your cabin or room choice, the greater your chances of securing your preferred option.
In the form, you will also find an option to rent bed linens and bath towels. These can be rented for €10 per set of linens and €10 per towel, per person. If you choose to bring your own linens and/or towels, you will receive an email 2 to 3 weeks before your stay with the bed dimensions.

Homemade meals
During your stay at La Frayssinette, we are committed to offering a culinary experience that reflects our values: simplicity, authenticity, and joy. Each day, enjoy a delightful breakfast, a generous buffet-style lunch, and a three-course dinner. The meals in your plate is made with love: 95% of what we serve is homemade, organic, local, and predominantly vegetarian. Our buffets also feature local specialties, such as charcuterie, cheese, and pâté,
to cater to a variety of tastes.
Our passion for cooking was warmly received during our first experience in 2024, with several participants suggesting we publish a recipe book! Inspired by diverse flavors and driven by our love for sharing food, we ensure that every meal is a true celebration for the senses.
On Wednesday evening, we take a break: no dinner or tango class is scheduled. This is your chance to explore the stunning surroundings—Albi, Millau, the Tarn Gorges... We’ll provide all the information you need to make the most of this special evening.
Of course, we can accommodate food allergies as much as possible. Please keep in mind that meals are prepared for the entire group rather than individually. Don’t forget to mention any allergies in the questionnaire, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Tango Workshop at la Frayssinette
The week features 10 tango workshops, held each morning from 10:30 to 12:00 and each evening from 20:30 to 22:00. The first workshop begins on the evening of your arrival day, and the final session takes place
the evening before your departure.
After the evening workshop, immerse yourself in the magic of tango at our milonga, where you can dance the night away in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Afternoons are yours to enjoy as you please—whether it’s taking private lessons, practicing on the dance floor, or simply relaxing amidst the natural beauty of La Frayssinette.
On Wednesday evening, we pause the schedule to give you a chance to explore the local treasures. This is the perfect opportunity to visit the historic cities of Albi, Millau, or Toulouse, marvel at the Gorges du Tarn, or treat yourself to a delicious dinner at a French restaurant.

Payment Details :
Upon submitting your booking form, you commit to making an initial account payment of €570 per couple, or 285€ per person within 7 days. To make this transfer, you will have all the details in the following mail after we receive your booking form.
Your booking is only confirmed once the account has been received.
The remaining balance of €820 per couple, or 410€ per person, can only be paid by cash upon arrival.
